Jeff is a Senior Research Scientist and Project Manager with hydrogeological skills that include site characterization, laboratory techniques, numerical groundwater flow modelling, report writing, and project management. He has applied these skills to assess both municipal and non-municipal groundwater supplies, including assessments of proposed water takings, potential land use change, drought conditions, chloride-impacted groundwater, and the potential resulting impacts to the groundwater flow system and aquatic receptors.
